Returns & Exchanges

At Lit Escalates, we want you to love your apparel as much as the message behind it. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you. Print this label and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear upon arrival. Once cleared, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
